Agreed. You made the case more quantitatively than I did. Point is, SEBL still does about $1.4B/yr (run-rate) and is profitable.

On a Gaap basis, Sebl lost 38 million dollars over the most recently reported 4th quarter, and on a GAAP basis, Sebl lost 35.7 million over the last fiscal year. Of course on a GAAP basis to include stock option expense SEBL lost much more.

For the first quarter, SEBL's revenues are supposed to come in around 335 mill, a decline of 15% from last quarter and a decline of approximately 30% from a year ago revs. I am not sure whether SEBL will eke out a GAAP profit or not this quarter. I believe SEBL is only looking at one penny per share pro forma earnings, but I am not sure, because the articles concerning SEBL's recent warning provide conflicting information. Of course on a GAAP basis to include stock option expense, SEBL's first quarter earnings would be a big loss.
