That, dear zonder, is a contrived number. You folks like to throw out numbers and figure if you do it often enough and loudly enough that pretty soon they will be accepted as gospel.

Moreover, It would be a pretty sad state of affairs if 80% of the world didn't care about the Iraqi people's plight. What I do know is that 12 years ago the Kuwaiti people were overjoyed that the US took Kuwait back (with a "little" help from the Allies) and they remain friendly and supportive today. I believe that the same will be true of the Iraqi people.

The French...I see that you don't know your history very well.

Sorry but I really don't much care about their logic or reasoning. They are struggling for a voice and a a razon d'etre if you will. They have sold themselves down the proverbial road... The underhanded nuclear plant, the arms deals despite 17 resolutions, etc... They can flat go to hell and don't need my or any other Americans help in the process.
