I mean a sign on the entryway that says 'closed'. The toilets I referred to are the ones on each floor of the very large bank building.

I suppose all this makes sense, since one is not adviseably supposed to drink at little street juice refreshmnent stands any more. So, no drinking, no p'ing, no working, no earning, no need for banking, ... pretty soon, nothing.
