Learning to read a balance sheet should be mandatory for DIY "investors" who don't want to be taken to the cleaners. How does corporate vision and potential weigh into your analysis I wonder? After all technology stocks should be evaluated with an eye on the future, otherwise why not just stay in tobacco or foods companies?
