Hi Judi,

I use Outlook. When you say you lost the "sent items" folder do you mean it is missing from the left side list under the heading "Outlook Shortcuts"?

Do you see it when you go to View/Folder List?

Does it show in the "Messages" column on the right side when you go to Outlook Today?

Mine shows in all 3 of those places.
