I am watching a reprise of the news on PBS at the moment. The "Looting" story seems to be what the media is pushing, and Rummy has nailed them pretty well.

One thing I noticed in the TV from Iraq is that the people are looting the Government offices and the homes of Baath officials, not the local grocers, hardware stores, and other people's homes.

This is not what we have seen in the looting in our cities. I think you will see the looting slow down the next few days as the Gov offices and Baathists homes are cleaned out. The Muslim Religion seems to work pretty well to keep down the stealing of private property.

To those who want to make a big deal of this, lets realize that we are going through a transition. If it is still going on a week now, then hollering can begin. :>)
