Could the suit be because a key IOM person went to SYQT? Informix sued Oracle when some of its tech guys went to ORCL - not patent related but IFMX was afraid that key info will be used by competion.

Maybe the newly hired SYQT guy from Iomega was a key player in his former employer.

What are the chances of Syquest bringing-up anti-trust against IOM? After all IOM practically controls the removable/portable magnetic media market - hopefully not for long.
