re: don't think they didn't try liberty was defenseless but once Israeli realized that it was not a hostile ship they stopped the attack re: have you seen the actual survivors of the u.s.s liberty speak and tell their stories as i have? have you seen documentaries on the matter? have you read the book by a surviving crew member? have you even visited the ussliberty.org website? yep and I can not see how from crewman recollection you can conclude that US notify Israel - your stupidity is amazing re: perhaps your allegiance to israel prevents you from telling the truth! I like the country and people there very much but my allegiance is US (you excluded)
