Whether they scream or not doesn't matter as your administration still does what it is doing which is to rebuild Iraq. So why not do the same to Africa if it is the right things to do ? Indeed, why not? Because to some people, America is a White Man's empire, and anything even remotely appearing to be Whitey meddling in Africa will be stamped so hard with "racist colonialist imperialist aggression", it will make ALL our heads spin.
