The evil neocon strategy explicitly states that the success of the people and nations of the Middle East is a national security priority for the country. No lies. No hidden agenda. Just a breathtaking vision for understanding how the world is a connected system.

The only lies being told are from the anti-war movement and they are about to be held accountable in the great reverse pentagon papers backlash.

If you really want something effective to happen in Africa, get off your soapbox, roll up your sleaves and help establish a better government in Iraq. If the strategy in Iraq works, the knowledge gained will be invaluable and the ability of the US to undertake meaningful reform in Africa will increase by orders-of-magnitude.
