I'm relatively new to Win XP and have some questions about registry cleaning.

Is there a registry cleaner in XP? I went to run command and tried "scanreg" and other similar commands but no result.

Sounds like this Power Tools program is good. Any people have problems with it? I don't download too many programs. Do I need to use a registry cleaner and, if so, how often.
