What about the 50 BILLION to Africa for AIDS? Or are you simply talking of the Congo.... Please show me all the aid of any kind that is going to the Congo alone from the US this year, last year, and the following year. Are you saying $1 Billion Dollars is nothing? $1,000,000,000 What about the US poor, downtrodden, underclothed...? Maybe we should switch and give the money we send overseas to the folks here that could use it. At least we would be sure that the folks here actually received the aid. It is totally unclear that the folks we try to help in the 3rd world countries ever do receive our aid. The warlords, overlords, and slumlords seem to tap it first.
