Maybe the survivors of the victims of Saddam can sue the UN nations that did nothing during the past 12 years to help insure their families were not killed by Saddam the murderer.

That would be good. Maybe they could sue the UN over the phoney Food for Oil program too. I think I read somewhere that Saddam and his sons were skimming off billions each year to build palaces and generally buy people and things. I would bet if a good lawyer were put on that case, there would be plenty of evidence that the UN knew.
