The alternative argument is that this is a way for the company to integrate itself with the Kazak economy, government, and populace which will ultimately accrue to the company's benefit by delivering stronger numbers. And you would think something along the foregoing rationale is the reason for the name change.

May be a buying opportunity in the short term.

Of course I do understand if people want to take some chips of the table rather than waiting to see how this plays out.
