Very tragic that they took these treasures./ However the rioting and looting takes place all over the world even after soccer games. It is something that we all knew was coming. Too bad Saddam did not think it nessacary to protect these treasures and Vault them in an underground bunker. I am sure the world would of permitted the use of the bunker for that purpose. But apparently Saddam and son's were more concerned with imprisoning children and using propaganda than trying to save artifacts.JMHO
