Hi Gus, Well I guess Russia can forget about our help with getting in the WTO. It used to be the EU who opposed it and we were in favor but not now. They can also forget about us going to bat for them in getting debt forgiveness from the EU (in which Russia owes the bulk of their debt). We were helping them negotiate that but now we'll concentrate on negotiating debt forgiveness for Iraq from Russia (in which Iraq owes the bulk of their debt). Ironic, ...isn't it! Yes, ...its just getting interesting now and Russia's elections are just around the corner.
