This world vision could easily unravel if the targeted countries apply the principle of "united we stand, divided we fall".

If Pakistan bides its time for a year or two, and forms an alliance with a rich state that may be looking for an effective deterrent against regime change, and enhance its delivery systems somewhat, it can get itself into a prestigious leadership position in the Islamic world.

In fact there may be a rich market willing to pay good protection money to get sheltered by someone's nuclear umbrella. I am amazed that Iran has not formed a defensive military alliance with either Russia or Pakistan that would allow it the time to evolve an effective defense.
