NS:
I'm not quite sure what your point is, since your facts are a bit muddy. You wrote (my comments will be in parentheses):
The same guy that lost 19 Americans in Saudi, put there by GW I. (Saudi attack came on 6/25/1996, in the Clinton Administration--whose watch is this? I'll give you a hint: his nickname is Slick.)
Who put those soldiers in Mogadishu in the first place?
(The UN did, I think. Mogadishu took place on 10/3-4/ 1993. Again, on Clinton's watch. Unlike a war, this was a direct action taken under the command of the commander in chief, who may not have been paying attention, depending on which intern was adjusting her kneepads under the conference table at the time.)
Who lost 241 Americans in the Beirut bombing and what did he do about it? (RR was on duty at the time; RR's record on counter terrorism and counter tyranny is pretty good: release of the hostages from Teheran, destruction of the Soviet Union and concommitant freeing of 350 million people, F15s forcing Muammar Khaddafi to take a no-profile stance in the world; but the guy was human. RR presided over drastic changes to security at foreign embassies, etc.)
Who lost the sailors on the Cole? (The Cole occurred on 10/12/2000 before the presidential election. Slick was still Commander in Chief of Appeasement and still getting serviced in the West Wing by whomever was available, one supposes. So, I'll give you a 2nd chance on this one: who lost the sailors on the Cole?)
Who kicked that little every bit as bad as Saddam Milosevic twerp out of Yugoslavia?
(Getting Milosovich out of power in Serbia was, one supposes, a good thing, but 1) to call that twerp "every bit as bad as Saddam" is absolutely ridiculous: Saddam is responsible in some sort of way for the deaths of 3 million people, overwhelmingly Muslim, using chemical weapons; please gimme a comparable on your twerp, and 2) maybe it wasn't our fight; there's an excellent argument that the Serbs and the Kosovars deserve each other, let them figure it out, or failing that, let Europe figure it out. We should be no closer than the 3rd option. It simply wasn't our fight and, without the Monica Lewinsky thang, it's unlikely (imho) that Slick would have done anything had he not needed the distraction.
Now, here is an excellent chance for you to say, hmmmm, I guess I didn't really think about those items too much when I posted. But I don't think that will be your response, for some reason.
