Now Bush Jr. is taking up the anti-Syria chant.

Do you remember all the terrorism from the Purerto Rician nationalists. Lot's of bombings and people killed. No of course you don't because part of the strategy of dealing with it was to not play them up as a threat. A legitimate government does not need a threat to be manufactured.

Only a government hiding it's illegitimacy needs to create compelling diversions on a continuous basis.
