Hi Tom,

Yes, eventually ... I'm not in denial (AFAIK)), and yes, they are restating revenues for at least 2002 and perhaps this will affect their 2002 results. However, the story is incomplete regarding the egregiousness of their ways at this point. The lawsuits appeared to have been initiated based on a falling stock price, which has likely happened before to companies who have not erred in the bookkeeping. We'll see. It does seem clear they've lacked judgement if not leadership.
