But, the change in their public attitude from outright belligerence to compromising, is notable. Your perception of them, and lack of trust is reasonable and clear-sighted. It's just a shame that both Russia and China have such corrupt and morally bankrupt governments. We'll get little help from them unless they are threatened by NK, or have something to gain. Isn't it wonderful that so many want to put America's future into the corrupt hands of Russia and China and France and Germany, thru control by the UN!
