At 1.3 times book value, it's cheaper to buy it outright than enter a partnership with this company. Anybody still out there or are you the folks selling @ $3? Seriously though if their technology has any potential, this would be the cheapest time for a suitor to just buy the company. Any other stocks I've followed this close to book have either had a 30/40% quick upwards correction, been bought, or both. Anyone know what this co. has for takeover provisions?
