Capitalism
or
War in Iraq

I am not aware of anyone who has averred that the war in Iraq is about installing a capitalist economy. The word democracy has been offered numerous times as a reason for the conflict.
The Iraqis are not going to become free overnight and the transitional authority will likely continue to distribute goods through the centrally controlled model used by the last regime.
If the Iraqis are offered a choice they may certainly opt to continue using that model, where the bulk of the wealth is in the hands of the elected authority.

Democracy is freedom to choose, not a selection of goods in the supermarket.
