Considering the massive crimes against humanity & countless Geneva Convention violations committed thus far by American troops & Bush loyalists, the endless stream of lies from CNN & other propaganda machines; What possibly could anyone have to negotiate with that could possibly have any credibility whatsoever? The Americans have promised Turkey not to allow the Kurds to take back their oil fields.
