retraction:

i converted the miles to kilometers the wrong way for both the artillery range and mileage to Tel Avive. The artillery will not reach Tel Avive from Lebanon, at least no artillery that i know of.

should have double checked my calculations.

looks like Lebanon isn't that important (unless they have a different way to devastate Israel quickly) and Syria is once again on the front burner.
