Not the action of a group which has just overpaid for an acquisition... LONDON -(Dow Jones)- Celltech Group PLC said Monday that it has posted a circular to shareholders, including its notice of annual meeting (AGM) which includes a special resolution seeking approval to provide it with the authority to purchase its own shares. This authority will be limited to the purchase of up to 10% of the Company's issued share capital as at Dec. 31, 2002. The AGM will be held on May 22, 2003. I swallowed my pride and bought a few with some of the OGS proceeds this morning.
