Hi John, I believe the Salmon Pak story was spiked by the major news media outlets. As you say, it did *eventually* receive some play, but, by and large it was not covered to a large degree. For instance, did Peter Jennings, Dan Rather or CNN run any stories on the site? Did they ask the tough questions of our political/military leaders related to the find?

Don't confuse what the general public was informed about, vs. what we information junkies here knew.

In regard to the issue of censorship. What I was trying to get at is you just never know what information is relevant, (based on its source), and what information is irrelevant. Salmon Pak highlighted the difficulty in determining that.

That's all I was trying to say....
