By any reasonable standards these are not the kind of numbers to write home about. The market makers are concentrating on cost of employment which has not changed but ignoring unemployment rate and unemployment dropping to 4.8%, we had similar numbers couple of months back but DOW was at 7200-300 now at these levels market is not priced for these numbers and cannot afford these numbers. Whatever spin you give to this number we are in for a correction in DOW and S&P, I talked of divergence btw SOXx and DOW but that I will only see after DOW tests 8050 during the course of next two weeks. Good chance to buy some out of the money OEX puts for sept. Factory orders are coming at 4.00 but I think we will see a consolidation phase. Smart money does not leave the party in drooves it trickles away, my most prudent advice would be trickle out slow and study --watch for next few days money inflow and be smart.
