Real Estate bubble is very much created by the historically low interest rates. Once the Fed. Reserve has to up them (to prop up the sagging buck), then it'll go POP!

Interest rates will not go up until the economy recovers. So you see, you're begging the question. You can't predict that you'll have a bad economy because high interest rates will pop a real-estate bubble that was caused by low interest rates brought on by a sluggish economy.
