It's hard to say how many people were saved by killing Saddam. The point is that there is a principle at stake here. If you're against killing, you should be against it in any case by principle. The killing has to be stopped somewhere. Opposing war is a good place to stop the killing. Perhaps opposing abortion is another good place to stop the killing. But, I am looking for consistency. I find it hard to justify killing innocent people a half a world away, while trying to stop it right here at home.
