A strong international body like the UN is a good way to settle differences diplomatically and avoid future wars. I know Americans get all bent out of shape about the UN taking over their soveriegnty. It's not going to happen. The U.S. will never allow the UN to take over. But, we need a strong UN to settle matter of international conflict diplomatically.
