I'm still unsure of the criteria for inclusion in the list. I'm leaning toward purity, that is companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges which primarily play in the semiconductor manufacturing market, garnering 50% or more in sales from this sector. BTW, Brooks is on the list of course because of the single-wafer robot transfer systems it markets to OEM suppliers, but what is it about Alcatel that makes you believe it deserves attention? I thought this company was the 800-lb gorilla of telecommunications. Thanks.
