I finally saw "The Pianist" last nite. It is hard to see much difference between the brutality of the Bathist Party in Iraq and the Nazi Party in Poland. Why the world would allow another such regime is well beyond me. If you want to have an international law to cite that is the one I would vote for. Also, a great deal of mischef would be avoided in this world if any regime which seizes any territory beyond the current borders should be put down as well.
