Goodnight Irene? Latest I heard (CBC this time) was an interview with a U Chicago prof and special advisor to UNESCO type ... dude claimed that he'd been in contact with the pentagon regarding obvious targets such as these since before the war. Seems that no one passed the message up was the only thing that he could figure.
