Without a teleprompter Bush is embarrassing. But that doesn't mean the people behind him aren't brilliant political strategists and manipulators. They've managed to manipulate a third of the country now. If they have enough tricks in their bag to keep it up, they win again in 2004. But they only win through trickery. Just like they did the last two elections.
