It's very possible that some government agency knew what was going on but it served their purpose to let it happen. That's even more likely considering they believed the towers could withstand the impacts and there would be less damage and loss of life than there actually was. That's how they operate. Create a problem that must be solved then create more government to solve it. Nobody seems to notice the slippery slope to a police state we are on now. But then you don't know what's really going on in the world so you won't buy that. You still believe in the two party system too. LOL. What a joke.
