"I just didn't foresee the utter lack of diplomatic cognizance " LOL! How dare Bush go in there & attempt honest diplomacy. Everyone knows the best diplomacy is to be deceitful, dishonest & have numerous skeletons in your closet you don't want exposed like France, Russia & Germany. Now that's three countries that have exemplary diplomacy. Come on ajonesy. This is too easy. You gotta make up better lies than that.
