Nobody here says America is bad. Just that Bush is a bad president. The worst in my lifetime, certainly.

Nobody says Bush likes to kill people, merely that he seems to draw strength from it. Since he never proved himself in battle or on the sports fields, this seems to be how he builds up his macho image, by ordering people killed.

People do however say Bush lies, and they're damned right. Not all the time, but a lot of the time. And it's not always what he says, but what he doesn't say or how he says it. Like Limbaugh and the others. Only giving half the facts = lying sometimes, especially when you use that half as if it's the whole truth and nothing but the truth, then bend it to create a false impression.

For instance when Bush says he really cares about AIDS funding now, but doesn't tell you he fought democrats AGAINST it for two years before his State Of The Union turnaround.

Ditto anything on the environment, anything having to do with compassion or social programs, anything that doesn't favor Big Oil, polluters, clear-cutters, over-fishermen, HMO's or the very rich. All politicians bend the truth, but Bush goes farther than that, he distorts the truth completely and covers-up reality with smoke-screens, diversions and meaningless feel-good slogans.
