1) Blair was buckling -- and Bush had to call for the Azores meeting to bring him back.

2) The war has JUST begun in Iraq -- any country with 1/10th the military capability as the USA would have been able to secure Baghdad -- the hard part is returning civility and peace. Bush will do excatly what he did/doing in Afghanistan -- put some half-assed effort together to secure a transitional government and abandon the cause at its MOST critical juncture and then ONTO the next target. Syria, Iran, Grenada? Whatever it takes to keep the focus off of the economy.

Question? where are the WMD? What happened to the country the size of California with only 100 inspectors argument, now they've got an occupying army with a couple hundred thousand troops -- yet NO WMD?

The three biggest lies ever told to the broadest audience:

1) "Read my lips -- no new taxes"
2) "I did not have sex with Ms. Lewinsky"
3) "We have hard and irrefutable evidence of WMD in Iraq"
