It is an important event, which points at rising tensions, the anarchy, and the necessity to establish order very fast. you've posted to this story at SI today. Are you stalking me, E.T.? Why do you care on which threads I post what story? Is 10 people dead now an important event for you The important part of the story, in case you have missed it, is that the US army has opened fire on a crowd of civilians in Mosul. Number of dead people has little to do with the importance of the story.
