Things to note: Mosul is a Kurdish city that has been Arabized the most, so you can't make both sides happy. I am curious as to where the new governor came from. I find it rather odd that our soldiers would fire into the crowd. I find it more likely that the governor be from INC and that his group would fire while our troops try to keep the peace...but these are conjectures. Do you have more details as to who the governor is and what his allegiances are? ST
