Somebody ought to remind the guys who so enjoy a factual vacuum that filing a form 144 is not the same as entering a sell-order. Wave has filed a form 144 with respect to 250,000 SSPX shares. Nobody but Wave knows what Wave intends to do there. The schedule 13 and form 144 filings are necessary to put Wave in a position to do any number of things. But a couple of the glib gap-fillers are citing the 144 as proof that Wave has not succeeded in raising the operating capital needed in the very near term. Incredible chutzpah. Contrast their reticence to discuss -- or even acknowledge -- all of the bashoid lines in the sand that Wave already has crossed. Client side hardware has won the day. The gorillas are singing Wave's song. For example, 100% of NSM's TPMs carry not only Wave's crypto-tech in the silicon but also Wave's base-level services on top.

Best wishes,
John
