Hey, not so fast there tb. Our PM Helen Clark said recently that there wouldn't have been a war if Al Gore had won and that the war wasn't going according to plan [shades of Globalstar when Franks was saying the war was 'on plan' - a shiver went down my spine].

The White House gang jumped all over her and she struggled to apologize for the unintended offence being taken. [A half-baked apology for what she called the bleedingly obvious facts she stated].

What do we have to do to get up the list to be liberated? Why does Finland be liberated first? We have box-cutters. We give offence. We support terrorism [in that we weren't with King George II in Iraq and if we aren't with him we're against him]. Heck, we train terrorists [the French doing training right here in my harbour on the Rainbow Warrior]. We have a bit of oil. We have Saddam's step-son living here, and lots of other Iraqis, not to mention Afghans.

Meanwhile, your 'smart' scientist folks were proven dumb during the write-off of umpty trillion since Y2K bug blew apart Biotelecosmictechdot.com share prices. I'm not sure that knowing how to blow up the world with nukes is proof that the hot-shot scientists understand CDMA vs GSM.

I wonder if Americans are more upset by 911 than their 401 plans. I've noticed a few people implying 'our oil' when the cartel cuts production to boost prices. Maybe the war really is about oil and general frustration precipitated by the stealth box-cutter attacks.

I know I worry more about my personal financial position than about Al Q and the attack on my beloved Twin Towers. Same for my friend and he's stood on top of them, while I've only admired them from below [in 1976 and 1999]. Most Americans would have only seen them on tv and never been to New York, or Washington for that matter.

I was very upset by the destruction of the people and Twin Towers and aircraft, but that's past now. It's back to draining the swamp.

Little Tonka Truck,
Mqurice

PS: For a while I thought I owned a Big Mack - hey, that's cute, Big Mac Jeffery runs Globalstar and he shrank [shrunk? shrinked?] my Big Mack to a little Tonka.
