I thought the war was a humanitarian effort? A liberation. A completely altruistic endeavor on behalf of the Iraqi people. I don't know where you got that idea. The liberation of the Iraqi people was a tremendous by-product of providing for our national security. As it turned out, the liberation became the story because it is such an obviously more appealing success story. No wait...he is putting Israeli interests above american ones. You keep making these asinine statements, yet you can't back them up with facts. Bush has made great strides toward what is required to bring peace to the Palestinians. As I said the other day, I believe it is highly likely we will see a major peace initiative for the Palestinian conflict in the coming year. While Clinton made a cosmetic, but failed, effort to bring peace to the region, Bush has effected true change which will accomplish peace and has the potential to bring the Palestinian conflict to a place where it can at least be paused. A major accomplishment.
