OGSI detail

Open for public comments:

Inflow of $2.86 per share to be redistributed
to the remainder of the stocks using the last price as of "tender acceptance" (4/11). Yahoo has historical prices, at least for US securities.

(Generally don't like making things retroactive. Next time I'll stay on top of it :-))

[Further note to self:In the future this procedure may be modified to a date certain e.g. tender "expiration"(or the like)to avoid having to depend on the timing by management of the acquired company or the moderator:-).(What would happen if the shares were just left in one's account? Some day they would be involuntarily exchanged. What day would that be?)]

Reinvestment proportionally (original X%/(1- original OGSI%) is considered but seems overly complicated.
Distribution equally among remaining picks, again as using 4/11 closing prices, has the benefit of simplicity so that's my choice unless there are violent objections.
