Rumsfield was criticized by going too slowly without sufficient "mass". He has been vindicated. They could, with the same strategy, take down Syria, Saudi Arabia and Iran within 6 months.

Militarily probably but IMO it would come with a cost I could not even begin to quantify and don't even want to think about. WW111 in some fashion would result, I firmly believe.
