He's used up the initial stock in chemical and biological materials to make his WMD weapons, we know he has them from inspections in the early nineties, that's a given. Saddam says he dumped all his mustard/nerve gas in a garbage depot outside Baghdad and never kept a record of it. Recall, Iraq kicked the UN inspectors out a few years back. So what was he up to during those, what was it, four - five years. Ah, Iraq was doing sweet heart oil-related deals with France, Russia and Germany during that time, hmmmm, what else...I wonder...
