You are missing my point. You are assuming that a non-diverse workforce necessarily is a product of discrimination. And of course discrimination is illegal. But your assumption may be wrong; a non-diverse workforce may be a result of sheer skillset match, as medroogies points out.

As far as I know, there is no legal requirement to impose a quota system to attain diversity. If you think that there is, can you please quote that law? Thanks!

BTW, the management ranks all around the Silicon Valley are nearly 100% white. How do you feel about that? I had earlier asked you this question, but you haven't responded.
