WHERE IS THE MEANS TESTING FOR THIS WELFARE FRAUD? WHERE IS THE PRIVATIZATION TO GIVE US CONTROL OF OUR OWN MONEY? WHAT DOES IT COST TO HIRE BUREAUCRATIC LEECHES AND SCUM TO PAY PHILLIPS AND HIS GREEDY ILK? And THEY bitch about a tax cut that's POCKET CHANGE?
