RESEARCH ALERT - Dell<DELL.O> lowered due to price NEW YORK, Aug 1 (Reuter) - J.P. Morgan Securities said analyst Daniel Kunstler downgraded Dell Computer Corp to market performer from buy due to the stock's price. -- said in a report: "Dell's valuation has gotten very rich, to the point where the share price defies any artithmetic we might devise to demonstrate an upside to the stock from any source other than pure momentum." -- said stock was candidate for "very prompt upgrade should its valuation get reined in." -- stock was off 1-1/2 at 84.
